1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HypnoLore website at https://hypnolore.com (the “Site”), operated by HypnoLore (“HypnoLore”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, join the commission waitlist, or request a commission. Mature commission details are shown only after you confirm you are 18 or over, and linked services such as Patreon memberships include adult content and are for adults only. We may restrict or terminate access if we believe these requirements are not met.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate information (including a valid email address) and keep it up to date;
- keep your password confidential and not share your account;
- be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
- notify us promptly at privacy@hypnolore.com of any unauthorised use.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- create an account, join the waitlist, or request a commission if you are under 18;
- copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, rip, or publicly broadcast our audio or other content except as expressly allowed;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or our servers;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Site's operation or security;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools except where we expressly permit;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm others;
- circumvent any age confirmation or access controls.
5. Content, intellectual property, and your licence
All audio recordings, scripts, text, graphics, branding, and other content on the Site are owned by HypnoLore or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and listen to the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party content embedded on the Site (such as YouTube videos) remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms.
6. Not medical or therapeutic advice
The hypnosis audio and related content are provided for relaxation, entertainment, and personal enjoyment only. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are no substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. If you have any physical or mental-health condition (including epilepsy, a history of seizures, psychosis, or a dissociative condition), consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. 7. No guarantees
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the content will produce any particular result or effect, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HypnoLore and the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Third-party links, Patreon, and YouTube
The Site may contain links to and embeds from third-party services, including Patreon and YouTube. We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties, their content, or their terms and privacy practices. Any dealings you have with them (including any Patreon membership or payment) are solely between you and that third party and governed by their terms.
10. Custom audio commissions
We offer custom audio commissions from time to time. Joining the commission waitlist or submitting a request is not an order or a booking and creates no obligation for you or for us; we may decline requests. No payment is taken through the Site. Before any payment you will receive a written scope, exact price, and estimated production window, and a project is booked only after you accept that quote and pay the booking deposit. Custom audios use the AI-generated HypnoLore voice. Additional commission terms covering payment, delivery, revisions, content limits, cancellation, and any consumer withdrawal/refund rights will be presented to you before you place an order. When paid digital content is offered to EU consumers, you will be told before purchase whether you are agreeing to immediate delivery and thereby waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to (for legal, security, or operational reasons). You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to its competent courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify registered members. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
